Terms & Conditions

This agreement, in the absence of an active Service Fee Agreement, is to be used as a default service agreement as well as a default fallback service agreement for an expired Service Fee Agreement.

We reserve the right to change this agreement at any time without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

Business hours
Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST. We are closed during all federal and provincial statutory holidays. Any service requests outside of the regular business hours fall under Emergency service rate/terms.

Appointments/Meetings rescheduling
We require that rescheduling of the service appointment is performed at no less than 8 business hours before scheduled service time. Failure to do so will incur a full service charge for the time booked.

Service fees
Unless otherwise stated, all service requests must be fully pre-paid for a minimum service time. Please note that no work will commence until full payment is received and cleared.

Late payment fees
A late payment charge may be applied to any unpaid balance 30 days after the billing date. Payments sent by mail are credited the day we receive them. The interest rate applied to late payments can be found at the bottom of your invoice.

Onsite service
An Onsite service request, except for Emergency service, must be booked at least 2 full business days in advance.

Emergency service
Regardless of the credit standing and existing Service Level Agreement(s), an onsite Emergency service request must be pre-paid for a minimum of 3 hours of service. Remote Emergency service request must be pre-paid for a minimum of 1 hour of service.
